Our 6 Week Stress Release Program offers the guidance to reach the goals that are set at the beginning of the program. By working with us, we are able to provide support and accountability throughout to help with any challenges and most importantly celebrate your successes.
At your initial consultation, you'll come in to our reception area and check in at the desk. After you check in, we'll show you around our centre and then head to our lounge to chat. You'll have time to tell us about your pain points, and we'll ask questions to help determine which combination of therapies would be of most help to you.
Most importantly, you'll get the chance have your questions and concerns answered. We want you to have the chance to learn more about us and what we offer, which is critical to getting the results you want.
After the half hour appointment, you'll have a program that is customised to your needs and we can get you set up to move forward when you're ready to do so.
