T​his recalibration of the body and mind is achieved within our premium and spacious Float tank.  The lightproof and soundproof float tank (sensory deprivation tank) contains 550kg of premium magnesium sulphate, also known as Epsom salt, dissolved into filtered water heated to skin temperature ~35.5


This super-saturated water solution allows you to effortlessly float and reduces ~90% of the Earth’s gravitational force on the body. You quickly lose track of where your body ends and the water begins giving you the sensation of floating in space.

Due to common first trimester side effects such as nausea, the industry recommends floating  between weeks 12-37 of your pregnancy.


While most GPs and midwives have no concern with pregnant women floating, we recommend checking in with them first to get the all clear.
